Carlos Anton
President and General Manager of Via Delivery & Logistics LLC and brings extensive experience to the company, having served in leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies such as Verizon, Comcast, Boeing, General Electric, and Sears Home Services. He has also worked in government and has entrepreneurial experience. Previously, Carlos held the position of Vice-President of Operations at a healthcare technology company and served as the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer for the Government of Puerto Rico.
Carlos has always been customer-focused and has led teams of over 500 associates in field operations or contact centers with teams numbering over 1,000. He has consistently delivered excellent results while prioritizing safety and community engagement. Carlos earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and has actively served on the boards of non-profit organizations such as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) Robotics, AYUDA for the Arts, and Repertorio Español.
Notably, Carlos is the President Emeritus of the New York City Professional Chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and has been recognized as a "40 under 40" rising star by Crain's New York Business. He is also a 2015 US Spain Council Young Leader. Carlos, along with his wife Adriana and their daughter, frequently travels and enjoys cycling and mentoring. Their daughter's initials inspired the name of Via Delivery & Logistics LLC. They are also proud owners of a 12-year-old terrier named Boco.
Via Delivery & Logistics LLC is a last-mile delivery company focused on providing outstanding service for Amazon customers in the Atlanta area. The company was founded in 2023 by Carlos Anton, an experienced operations leader who wanted to create a family of men and women focused on excellence in the community we live and work in; making it better every day.
“Via” means, “traveling through (a place) en route to a destination.” That destination is service excellence. A “family” from the start, the letters “V. I. A.” are also the initials of Carlos' daughter. In addition, “Via” also has a meaning in Spanish which is related to transportation and logistics, meaning a “large street or boulevard” in Spanish.
Tying together these concepts of family, employment, transportation, community, and language, one of the focus areas of the company is to recruit Spanish-speaking employees in search of a good job with good benefits, and assist them in learning English and becoming full members of our community.

Safety
We are an important part of the community we deliver in. As such we prioritize safety of our community and each other, our customers, and our packages during the delivery process. This includes proper handling of packages, safe driving practices,and adherence to safety protocols. The 4-3-2 rule always. (4 wheels on the pavement, 3 points of contact entering and exiting the vehicle, and 2 hands on vehicle side doors, 1 preferred delivery door - the driver side door!)
